Shipping Methods

Line One Gear ships through USPS for Domestic and International orders. By purchasing items from Line One Gear, you acknowledge that Line One Gear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please refer to your tracking number to get details of where your shipment is. If your package shows it was successfully delivered, and you did not receive it, please contact USPS to file a claim. In our experience in dealing with "not received" cases, USPS is very easy to work with and typically has a high success rate in finding the package. This is due to USPS utilizing GPS tracking and scanning features. If a package is claimed "not received" but shows tracking as delivered USPS takes it very seriously and will launch an official investigation often deploying a federal postal inspector. The postal inspector will track the last GPS scan of the package and start from there.   

Return Policy

BELTS:

Belts are custom made and made to order, there are NO RETURNS on belts UNLESS there is a workmanship defect in manufacturing. If the wrong size belt is ordered and does not fit, we require the buckle to be cut off of the belt and the buckle along with $20 is to be sent back to us for a new size. This also applies if you gain/lose weight and need a resize. In both cases we will request photos of the buckle cut off of the belt and the belt itself cut in half.

MEDICAL (TRAUMA) KITS:

Line One Gear will process a refund of medical gear ONLY if the product is returned in UNUSED condition and returned in the condition the item was received. If the vacuum seal (if applicable) is broken we cannot accept the return, as this would qualify it as used medical equipment and no longer sterile to our specifications.  

Any returns that are authorized it is the customers responsibility to cover the shipping expenses.
